Juggling long nursing shifts and busy days full of activities with my three kids is undoubtedly a challenge, but it means the most to us. I found that if I made large batches of gluten-free, vegan, dry-mixes on the weekends, it was easier for us to eat healthier & high-quality throughout the week. Shortly after, friends and coworkers began asking where they could purchase them. Snacktivist Foods was born! Ancient grains are sustainable, delicious, nutritional powerhouses! Our products contain at least 60% whole grain, and our favorite ingredients are Idaho grown teff, sorghum & millet. We make the best handcrafted, dry-mixes available. All of our mixes are gluten-free, vegan, and use a unique base of ancient grains. We are located in downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where we share an office with Inland Northwest Food Network.
